L is for Wucas

This morning while eating our mid morning snack Lucas said, "Mom, I is for Isaac, A is for A-yo (Ariel), and L is for Wucas." He is fascinated with Isaac's spelling homework and continually talks about spelling. Another favorite, "Mom, what does 2 + 2 spell?" Later this morning we were playing hide and go seek. After I was finished counting, Lucas calls from my room, "Come look on your bed!" He made it extra tricky by hiding under my sheets. I love three year olds!

So cute. I love moments like that, and what a fun age.

Also from the previous blog, cute polka dot tights.

He reminds me so much of my Benny. It looks like they talk the same too!

How cute. You have a living example of how his mom talked at that age. It won't last long so get a recording of him talking. Even better if he's interacting with Isaac and Ariel. You'll be sorry if you don't. I'm speaking from experience.

Hi Lisa!
I am new to this blogging thing, but came across your blog. Your family is adorable! Hope we can chat sometime soon. Merry Christmas!

It must be a genetic thing for Gavyn to say those same things, without the midwest accent. Here in Utah our letter f sounds more like s and our l sounds more like y. For example, 'Yook at my singer, gee you stinker.'
