With Mike on call last night the car was exposed to the storm. It took an hour to break through enough ice to get in the car.
It didn't help that all he had was a highlighter to break the ice.

Seriously?? He only used a highlighter? Might he have walked in somewhere to find a better tool?! Spring will be lovely, don't you think...
CRAZY!! I lived in Alaska for 7 years and don't ever recall seeing something like that.
That is nuts. I hated ice storms in Philly. In my opinion, a little ice is ten times worse than 2 feet of snow. Speaking of winter conditions, did the ground hog see his shadow? I should know these things!
