Funny Sayings
- Ariel and I were looking at family photos. One on particular of last Easter. I am visibly pregnant with Elsie. Ariel: Where is Elsie? Me: In my belly. Ariel: Why did you eat her? With your teeth?
- I have one- from guess who? "Oh! I HATE it when I don't need what they have on sale."
- While at the grocery store the other day Isaac saw a little boy in his school class. I commented that he should go and say hi. He said "Not right now, I don't want to bother him, he looks busy." This is a 6 year old.
- I am going to wear a green shirt, green pants, and green underwear so I can match me. -Lucas
- Lucas has been FASCINATED with almost every diaper we change of Ariel's. Today right before changing her Lucas says "Babies can't go to the potty 'cause they'll SINK, right?"

that's the challenge of being a superhero--finding outfits to fit over the muscles! This is classic.
wow what a nice mom you are to let him go out like that! that must have taken some serious restraint. he is adorable. what a character!
That outfit actually looks a lot like what the players in the NFL wear. Lucas must have noticed the similarity too. Peyton Manning is every bit as much a super hero as Peter Parker. The coach and other players aren't even phased by it. These photos are priceless.
Oh, Lucas is hilarious. I can't stop laughing. He is so cute, as yes, what a great Mom to let him express himself. (or choose your battles)
I was sort of thinking based on the view in the last photo that he actually looks like he was dressed appropriately for a football game. Gma Hawkes is right about that. But I see somehow the mask wasn't condusive to football practice.
These pictures are going to be treasures at his wedding.
So many great pictures to get caught up with! Those b&w pics of your kids (I'm assuming before church) are to die for! But I really love the pic of Lucas at flag football in his spiderman costume - classic! When are you going to UT again? We have to make it work to see you next time you are there.
I just snorted with laughter when I saw the final picture. Hilarious!
